This home is a duplex and features two bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 full-size beds on the second floor.

During your stay, you'll be renting both floors of the home therefore, you will have access to the entire duplex.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
