We liked how the place is fixed up. The one issue we had was you could hear everything going on upstairs. We are go to bed early people and the other renters upstairs were not. They were just doing normal things but it could be heard clearly as if you were almost in the same room. Other than that it was great. The location was ideal fot the game at Arrowhead. This is the bottom floor of a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood very close to the stadium. It is easy to get on the highway to the downtown area of Kansas City. The only downside is if someone is staying upstairs, you can hear the footsteps very easily so if you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine or use an ap on your phone.
