Cute little property.
Cute little property! Furniture was kind of uncomfortable but not too bad. Parking was kind of tight to get in and out. Other than that a great place to stay!

The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.

Annual Speing Family Visit
The property was clean with multiple beds for a family to sleep comfortability. The property manager was attentive and easily able to be reached for questions. The two beds on the main floor are rather high and my father-in-law had difficulty getting on and off. I would suggest bringing a stable set of steps to get on and off the beds, if this would be a concern for your family. Overall, the property was well stocked and maintained.

Recommend House
We booked this house for our employees to stay in while working out of state for several weeks. Communication was fantastic and everything went smoothly. The house was very comfortable and had everything they needed. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Relaxed stay close to nature
The property was good overall with all amenities. It is affordable and well maintained property surrounded by trees and a big open field at the backyard. We can sometimes spot some deers coming around in the evening. Nice to major spots, at the same time away from the city crowd. Host was very approachable and responsive and the checkin checkout was smooth. We stayed with 2 families and there was enough space and privacy for everyone. Overall, nice stay. Definitely recommended.

This home was perfect for us! Home was super clean. It was a little hard for us to find at first with it being tucked in on the side of the building, but other than that! Great place!

Clean space
The space was as advertised and well maintained. My only negative would be the living room and dinning room furniture. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the dining room chairs were wobbly. We were afraid to sit in them for fear of them breaking.

Terrible owner support
Upon arrival we found a bug in one of the beds. My newphew is extremely some bugs. My mistake for not taking pics but when I called owner she was so nice. Said she would refund money. So now we are in the phase of 7 people with no place to stay. I should have slowed down a little and involve vrbo at first issue. In general place had some bad smells. Just a lesson learned on my half. But I know we made right decision not to stay the two nights. Owner now denies she knew or said anything. As the saying goes what goes around comes around.

Sorry to heard about that. I understand your opinion but can’t help as you know our business as hotels if you already use my rental house there no way give you a full refund. Yes,I was said give you an refund that means you can probably get a clean fee with non-use my property. We swear to God we know our house very clean neat and no any bugs because we’ve done seriously inspections twice a year. I really apologize for your inconvenience we know how you come from. We do our best if we can. We know our house wasn’t your expecting type on that moment but not about bugs as you said. However we hope you have a great Tuesday.

The host did not give check in information timely and the gas was off so we had no hot water until the second night of our stay.

Nice layout for family get together
The space was as described. And was easy to get to. It was perfect for our group. However there were some issues that need to be addressed by the owner. Not everything worked. But the the things did worked well. The outdoor area was very nice and as it is on a dead end street it was very safe for the kids to play outside. Which they did.

Cute place for a weekend stay
We had a wedding and made a little vacation of the weekend. The house was very cute and fit 5 adults, a 4 y.o and an infant perfectly! The beds were so comfortable however they are much taller than any of us were used to. Luckily we were provided a small step stool which helped my parents a lot. Great communication and our questions/concerns were answered quickly.

This host was watching her cameras and complaining about the most ridiculous things almost to an invasive extent. This host even went through our garbage! Do not stay here unless you want to feel like you are being watched, you want you privacy invaded.

I’m sorry I can’t help on your mental problems. Probably you are confused with others not me. You are most a weird guest I never met. You asked me watched your fiancé or husband you even know what he is brought any girls to my house and send me a the bunch pictures that you and your guy together but I’m not interested. Complained him on financial issues that you have to paid for his stayed. And you group damaged on my property anywhere I still need working on it. Your people also broken our new washer and dryer that costed $3000 sets . The worse thing is they were taken drug at my house we found on dinning table. All your trash's left without bags in garbage that we had to picked up by our hands to package them for you.What would you think if you meet someone like yours. In fact, yes your guy brought a young girl to my house that’s what I saw through my camera. You are not welcome back to my property and not recommend to any host.

Great and quiet location
Property was very nice. My only complaint is there was a musty smell when we walked in the door. There must have been mold issues because when I woke up in the morning, my eye were burning.

Sorry for that musty you smelled. I hope if we can control the seasons changed. Especially there is more rains in Fall. The rained has had continuous for a week until you checked in since Saturday. What we can do we have had keep the rooms temperature higher than normal that helps the house pretty much dry until the sunny day it has gone of musty smelled. Thank you for your reminded. We will take your suggested seriously.

Great stay
We had a nice stay. We were in KC area for a wedding so we really just needed a home base and wanted everybody to have their own bed, nothing fancy. It was also nice to have two bathrooms and room to spread out. We were in and out a lot so we did not do any cooking or watch tv. The free Wi-Fi and coffee were great. The weather was hot so the AC was also great.
