Welcome to a beautifully remodeled apartment in the heart of vibrant Kansas City. This thoughtfully updated home offers a modern living space that exceeds expectations.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright open-concept living area. Contemporary finishes create a welcoming ambiance.  
  
The kitchen is a highlight, with brand-new stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry. This kitchen inspires culinary delights.  
  
I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.  
  
Hyde Park in Kansas City is a historic and charming neighborhood known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and vibrant community. Located just south of the downtown area, Hyde Park offers a perfect blend of residential tranquility and urban convenience.

The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with space for a cozy reading nook. The remodeled bathroom boasts contemporary fixtures and a luxurious shower for a spa-like experience.

Very nice renovation! The exterior of the apartment and the location leave a little bit to be desired, but the the work done on the unit is beautiful and the place was very comfortable for our 2-night stay.

This is a super cute apartment that is brand new. The refrigerator even had a little of packing tape left on. Relatively quiet area and is perfect for one or two people. Next time I am in KC I will definitely try to rent again.
