Located in quiet clean neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. Commute was easy to downtown area as well as museums that we wanted to take in. Home was immaculately clean. We were all here to help out our son and his wife who just had a baby. Townhome was clean and had plenty of extras like spices, condiments and coffee. Great location and not far from most attractions and downtown Kansas City We came to town from Iowa for a weekend getaway. We went to a Royals game and did other local attractions. This house was great, no complaints. The owner was very prompt at responding to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again if in the area. Our group of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The upstairs living room TV was a nice addition for us adults while the teens enjoyed the free weights and huge TV downstairs. We forgot to bring coffee so we were happy to find some provided, along with everything else you need for using the kitchen. Our only suggestion would be upgrading the pots and pans. Also, there were some pounding noises coming from the neighbors side just a little after check in and occasional dog barking but overall it was a comfortable stay. Location was very convenient close to everything we needed. Check-in was super easy with the access code. Host was helpful when I had some issues with booking.
