Roku HDTV with a Chromecast plugged in, just enter your streaming passwords and enjoy a movie. Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet located on second floor. Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits with table and chairs. 1 assigned parking space directly in front of the house. Motion sensor light with camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. The camera is always recording. Free, fast Wifi throughout. The house is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis. I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage. You will have the entire house and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private. Other things to note: This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind INSIDE the house. smoking on the driveway ok with front door closed.
