We had some older adults that did have some difficulty with managing the steep stairs, but there is one bedroom downstairs. I think the home is well suited for a group of no more than eight Although the location was excellent for getting to where we needed to easily, the neighborhood is not necessarily a family, friendly area. The surrounding area could use some work but when you're in the home, it's clean and modern. There could be some things that need to be fixed like the stairs and some tiles upstairs were beginning to lift. There's also a weird thing where the two room upstairs that were next to each other, the ceiling fans conflict with each other when trying to use the remote controls. If you press it in one room, it'll effect the other ceiling fan in the other room. Otherwise, great place to stay.
