I would say if you really used to fancy five-star hotels, this would not be your place. It is not fancy, but it is fun. The actual VRBO is an attic apartment with two bedrooms in the heart of grain valley. I wasn’t expecting the convenience of the location being next to restaurants, breweries, and a coffee shop all within a two minute “safe”walking distance. The building itself is not much to look at, but the rooms are all clean and you can tell the owners take care of the place. It is also nice that the Grain Valley is smaller, but yet so close to Kansas City. Lots of fun and we intend on booking it again someday. ##### Bryan S. Comfy living room and beds in both bedrooms. Couldn't cook in the kitchen - no fry pan, just pots that have been used and pervious people have burned food on bottom. Not stocked with any spices, not even salt & pepper. Shower in bathroom didn't work correctly, since most of the water flowed into the tub and not the shower head.
