"Loved that the laundry washer and dryer were free to use!"

"Modern and tidy with good basic supplies needed for an overnight stay. Clean bedding and towels. It was good to have tea supplied. Had a bit of a musty or carpet smell when first walked in. But after we turned airconditioning on, it went away or we just got used to it. Access to Netflix and YouTube was good to have, little bit laggy but got there in the end. Parking was tight, car was scratched when parked. Possibly by luggage movement by neighbouring vehicles. Windows don't lock. A few moths got into the room, we had to catch and release them. Overall 4/5 stay if you take into consideration value for money for the location."

"Great experience had - lovely vibe, nice lounge areas to enjoy, close to town and sightseeing, EV chargers for my EV vehicle at no charge, food was lovely (high tea was beautiful), garden and seated areas were pristine."

"Characterful hotel,friendly staff and a decent hot breakfast. Easy access to Katoomba amenities. I have to say I struggled with access to the tv channels but that might just have been me. Overall a decent base for our two night stay in the Blue Mountains."

"This is an excellent location and the two story 2 bedroom is great. There is some signs of age with peeling paint/wood. Overall itβs a great location, easy walk to Falls trails and great gardens."
