Limited availability of front desk, so even though they offer luggage storage, you have to work around their schedule. Biggest issue was the pillows smelled bad and no one was at the desk when we realized it. Luckily found some pillows in a cabinet that didn’t smell."

"This hotel is so cool! When I booked, I didn’t realize it was a 1920s building decorated in art deco style. We loved exploring the shared rooms, such as the billiard room, library, and lounge - it reminded me of being in the game Clue. Antiques and stained glass windows added to the charm. Very unique. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated with all the amenities we needed - very fun and memorable stay. The parking entrance is steep, so you have to plan your angle of approach, but it was fine."

"The room was stunning and super clean and tidy. It had every amenity we needed (except a freezer section in the fridge). Champagne on arrival to celebrate our anniversary made it super special! The shower is hot with great water pressure. The bed was so comfortable and luxurious. I’m just disappointed the outdoor pool was closed and I wasn’t aware. It’s closed 2/3 of the year and you can’t sit by the pool either which is a shame."
