"Pleasant enough stay and the staff were all lovely but the hotel room we had is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. There were stains on every surface in the room including the ceiling. Disappointing as would expect more from an IHG hotel."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions. There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."

"0/5 — Filthy, infested, unsafe. Lucky to get out alive. This property was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, clearly not cleaned, and the hygiene standards were non‑existent. I found bed bugs in the bedding and cockroaches in multiple areas, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. The noise levels were extreme at all hours, making it impossible to sleep. Between the infestation, the dirt, and the constant noise, the entire stay felt unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. I genuinely felt lucky to get out alive. I had to find somewhere else on short notice. This place should not be accepting guests in its current condition. Avoid at all costs. "

"Great location. Close to theatres and Southbank park which is great for kids. Numerous restaurants nearby. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast was definitively a hit with my family, delicious and great variety. Close to bus stops and train station."
