I would definitely stay here again just for the convenience of the location - we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit and the Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and the gardens are all just a few minutes away. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. No service as such (just the robot dinosaurs) but all the automated services were easy to use and we could leave our bags in secure storage after we checked out. (You can pretty much walk anywhere) It was clean and offered comfortable beds. The mini fridge was great to keep milk for coffee. Get yourself some of the coffee bags with the built-in drip pouches and your set as there is an electric kettle. The lobby has extra convenience items you can pickup (bathrobe, wash cloths, etc) and a microwave so you can warm up food from the Lawson across the street. The check in is done by the velociraptors robots which is pretty neat but they have phones to call staff for help if needed. The room was spacious as compared to rooms in Tōkyō and Kyoto. Cherry blossoms were amazing in Kanazawa. Love the slower pace of this smaller city.
