Find hotels in Kampung Lahar Buaya from £17

The best time to visit Kampung Lahar Buaya is during the dry season, which typically runs from December to February and again from June to August.

During these months, you'll experience less rainfall and plenty of sunshine, making it ideal for outdoor activities like exploring the paddy fields or taking boat trips along the river. The weather is generally warm and pleasant, superb for enjoying the natural beauty of the area without the interruption of heavy downpours.

For those interested in local festivities, visiting between December and February can sometimes coincide with harvest celebrations, offering a unique glimpse into the local culture. The clear skies are also excellent for photography, capturing the stunning landscapes.

If you prefer a quieter experience with fewer tourists, the shoulder months of November or March can also be good, though there's a slightly higher chance of rain.
