The property was good for the price, and if you are on a budget it’s good value. But the service was so slow, it took 30 mins to get a drink or a minimum of 1 hour to get food, that is when it isn’t busy, it’s longer if it is busy. If you are going to be out all day and only sleeping there it is a good stay.

The room was spacious as expected however, there was a sewage smell in the bath, very poor lighting in the room making it difficult to make up, each day the room service forgets to provide soap, tissues, towels and water and argue with you about it. On one occasion it took almost 1 hour 30 minutes and I was at the verge of having a medical emergency as I had to take my medication but there was not water provided as usual. The room service was arguing with me about it. Absolutely insane. The breakfast service was less than average. There's a need for a lot of improvement.

I love the pool side even though I didn’t go into the pool. In the morning I couldn’t get any hot water to shower. But I could have call someone to show me because the first time I use it’s take me a while to figure out how to get hot water. Apart from that I’m happy with the service.
