"The property is clean and well managed. Breakfast is also delicious. There are two aspects that could benefit from improvement: firstly, the receptionists could benefit from training to enhance their customer service and friendliness; and secondly, similar to other services, the gym hours could be extended until 11 pm. "
"It’s a small private setting in Kampala.
Facilties were very clean and staff was friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs.
Very recommended"
"I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant.
Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure."
"the hotel is in need of an update. the grounds were beautiful. There was food left in the fridge from the last guest and it was moldy. The tv didnt work and it took 3 different sets to get one that worked but the choice of stations was small and not appropiate for english speaking guests. It was highly overpriced. A two star hotel at best."

Great value
"Great Hotel! As far as price for quality is concerned, this hotel is worth the price. Great location and quiet location. "
"Absolutely loved staying at Humura, staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep the hotel clean and go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their service. Woud definitely stay here again."
"The hotel is showing its age. The service here is great and I would definitely stay here again. The food service in the lobby restaurant takes too long for a quick lunch in between meetings. Not sure why it takes so long. The rooms are very clean and they have a nice size desk to work at. The bathrooms at least my room did not have any hooks for hanging things and no counter space. "
