"Not a proper airport hotel.
1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening.
2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. It is decidedly not normal that your checkin comes to a grinding halt because the receptionist decides to share their life story...
