"Wonderful neighborhood, spacious home great for big groups."

"Staff not friendly nor accommodating at all. We had rain for two days and every time we went to front desk for questions they seemed bothered. They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. "

"One of our favorite places to visit. But I am worried that this beautiful resort is failing. Staff was kind and gracious. But nothing done to fix maintenance issues. Nighty visits from raccoons in the room. No one showed to fix the hole in the ceiling that they were coming through. Dryer was a fire hazard. Reported but no one showed up to do anything about it. Still an active fire hazard when we left. It just needed someone to show up and disable the unit so it couldn’t be used. Never happened. "

"House was great. Very clean. Positioned wonderfully on the beach front. Property manger was very communicative and responsive as well. We had a few issues… and Brian was great at attending to pool and spa malfunctions. Though they weren’t able to solve the spa heater issue during the entirety of our stay… they did attempt. would stay again. "

"The accommodations were everything we had hoped for! Clean, spacious, with everything we needed and in close proximity to everything! There was truly something for everyone in our group - adults, teens and toddlers all had a blast! The beach was close, beautiful and peaceful. The private and public pools were heated and clean! We will be back again!!"

"This house and the views are amazing! Very well equipped. Our only concern was the location of the 7th bedroom which is actually in the garage. We made it work but for future guests, be sure you look closely at the layout so you can plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. Thank goodness for the elevator, too! Overall this beach vacation in Palm Coast was everything we hoped for our family vacation with kids and grandkids! "

"This home was perfect. Great location, 3 different floors for everyone to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, it has everything that you need. The elevator helped with luggage and grocery bags. "

"We stayed for a week in a stunning, brand-new home right off the beach with nice ocean and lake views. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and every detail was perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and open floor plan was nicely decorated. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property and the gated community offers two gorgeous heated pools; one was a serene lap pool with ocean views (a 2 minute walk from the house). The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, and we can’t wait to return!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Cinnamon Beach house! The house was a 1-2 minute walk to the pools and beach access. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the heated dip pool in the evenings. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious! The only issue we had was the included beach towels were missing, once I notified the rental company they delivered new towels to the house in under an hour! We would recommend this house and can't wait to go back."
