  • Awesome...Magnificent... Quite possibly one of the best values too since it can easily accommodate up to 3 families! This huge 3 story 4,300+ s.f. ocean view home built in 2007 with bedrooms on every floor is ideally located on Cinnamon beach lane in Cinnamon Beach, one of N.E. Florida's premier gated subdivisions. Includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, Master suite with wet bar, private balcony for each bedroom, lake views and sunsets in the back yard (directly on the lake in rear), Ocean views and sunrises in the front (ocean is across street in front), 2 fully equipped laundry rooms, 2 large flat screen TV's with cable, 2 smaller flat screen TVs in bedrooms.

    Traveling with your pet? Well-behaved dogs 65 pounds or less are considered for an additional fee. Tiled outside concealed shower hidden under the stairs is perfect after a day on the beach or the two pools next door. Sleeping space for more, but currently Homeowner's Association caps overnight guests at 12 people. One garage is for guest use with additional parking in driveway for up to 5 average size vehicles total. (HOA prohibits trailers on site unless it will fit in garage)

    The Cinnamon Beach pools and clubhouse, all of which are located only one house away, include a quieter oceanfront heated pool, plus a family-friendly heated 'beach entry' pool, a 'Spray & Play' water feature play area, and a kiddie pool for tiny tots. Both pools areas have Hot Tubs as well.

    Master bath has large tub with views of the ocean. Clubhouse includes a gym, pool table, game room and cafe. Walking/biking trails run throughout the subdivision which also has a golf course running through it. Beach walkover is right next door at the oceanfront pool. Phone in unit with nationwide long distance included as well as free wireless high speed internet. The home is laid out to sleep several families or enjoy the extra room!

    The only downside to this property is you will not want to leave! Feel free to call or email any questions. Note: during prime summer weeks we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

From the time of booking until checkout Tammy & Steve made me feel welcome. Upon entry to Sadie's Place my Guests and I felt a sense of peace and warmth. The decor throughout the house was very well thought out. The location within a short walk to the pool and beach was everything! Our stay at this beach home was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, only steps from the sand, with ocean views that made every morning feel like a postcard. The house itself was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully maintained. We especially appreciated the small touches like travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, along with fresh towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for barbecueing and watching the sunset. Hosts Steve and Tammy put care into every detail to make guests feel welcome, and communication was quick and clear. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free beach getaway.

Great beach house next to pools and beach

Extremely well appointed property with everything you could need. Our oldest immediately took over the ground floor, calling it his "basement house." All the rooms were clean and cozy. Our daughter loved the kids room with bunk bed. All had a good time. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Palm Coast Getaway

We loved this home! The beds were comfortable and the house very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. We rented this for a family reunion and celebration of my dad’s 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for the dinner we hosted (about 20 people) and the 10 that stayed the night. We loved walking to the pool and the beach and the kids all loved the games (that were in working order!). We would love to stay there again

Palm Coast Beauty

This was our first stay on Cinnamon Beach and won’t be our last. Steve and Tammy were wonderful and we didn’t have one issue. The house is comfortable and roomy enough for three families. The location next to the club pools was wonderful for the kids and adults. There is as lovely cafe at the main pool that served great drinks and food. The adults loved ending the day on one of the many porches for conversation and a glass of wine. Thanks again to our hosts❤️

Perfect beach getaway

We booked this beautiful beach house for my wife's 60th birthday and it was perfect. The owners were obliging and answered any and all questions and the property was exactly as described. Altogether we had seven adults and four children ages three to six. Everybody had their own space and the dining room and kitchen area fit us all comfortably. I can't recommend this property enough. It was a weekend to remember.

Best place I have stayed in yet!

I have rented many VRBO properties for various trips and vacations and always choose to stay in Palm Coast for this particular outing. Our group was a little larger this time so we were looking for something with more room that would be comfortable for all. This house is fantastic! Super clean, super comfortable and in a gorgeous neighborhood with the ocean right across the street. Hosts are also wonderful, very attentive with excellent communication and genuinely committed to you having a great visit. I have rented some nice places and had several good experiences with VRBO; this one is now my favorite.

Christmas Fun

What a great home and a wonderful location….only steps from the beach and 2 pools plus hot tubs. There was so much for every age level to enjoy. We had 5 teenagers and never heard those famous words…what can I do??!!! There were games to play and plenty of room to play them. The back patio was wonderful to watch the sunset from.

Cinnamon Beach gathering

We all live within a 2 hour drive of Cinnamon Beach and have visited this area many times. We chose this property because we needed a place large enough to accommodate 4 couples and 1 single. The community is beautiful and the location fantastic. The home itself was superb and working with the host was seamless. The house has several large spaces for entertaining, gathering, dining and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and tools. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing beach vacation house!!

Rent this house if you are looking for a great family vacation with the pool house next door and ocean across the street. This house is in the absolute perfect location inside of the Hammock community. No need to bring any beach/pool towels or toys, Steve has everything you need! Steve, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The house is clean and has anything you need for a wonderful vacation. We cooked out daily at the house, the kitchen had all amenities necessary. The rooms are all spacious, extra linens, blankets, towels as needed. We will be coming back!! Thank you Steve!
