We were told by someone who visits the beach frequently that turtles come out at times and March across the sand. That would have been fun to witness but only learned about it on our last day. Multiple common areas outside to sit and visit. Two minute walk to the beach where we witnessed a turtle nest hatching! The house comes with all of the chairs, beach toys, etc as well as beach towels! The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials and paper goods to get us started! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. The house was a great size for all of us to be comfortable. The house was fully stocked with all our needs. We had 6 kids ranging in ages from 6 to 17\. The kids loved the pool. They also like to walk down the street to the community pool for a change of scenery. The ocean was so close to the house. Dave, the home owner, responded fast to the couple questions that I had while we were there. There was a great selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas,… The house was amazing and fit us all very comfortably. We spend a week at the beach with our family every year and this was the best rental yet. It was fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, pot, pan, equipment that you could need. The owner was generous with cleaning supplies, which we appreciated. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the selection of board games and beach toys/chairs.
