Highs - amazing ice hotel, wonderful main restaurant, lovely bar and adventure center, friendly staff (though too few), proximity to Sami center. Lows - crowded messy lobby, long lines, minimal amenities before or after ice hotel night, very out of date "chalet" room, general uncleanliness.

A moose passed by my igloo several times during my stay and I was able to get some decent photos of the aurora borealis.
