The Elite Hotel was a fairly new hotel.The room was lovely, large and clean and the walk in shower large. There was a fridge and kettle. The breakfast was fabulous large and delicious with a variety of hot and cold and baking.Unforutanly I arrived on a Sunday sole purpose to go up to the Ice Hotel. Most places were closed and buses were not running. I ended up taking a taxi up to the Ice Hotel which took a rather large cut out of my budget 620Sek. Oh well my main purpose was to see the Ice Hotel. I suggested to the hotel it would be nice and convient for their guests to have a shuttle to the airport and to the Ice Hotel she said it is in the discussions. This was a beautiful hotel I only wish I stayed longer and I would have made use of the sauna on the top floor. The staff was very nice and helpful they called a taxi for me to go to the Ice Hotel.

Wonderful stay! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of options. We loved the spa. The heated pools was a nice way to spend some time and just relax. It was continent having multiple restaurants to choose from on site when right on time before northern lights tours. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

A must stay! Outstanding staff, with every detail having a personal touch and being very thoughtful. The beds are so comfortable, the decor and amenities are fantastic, the breakfast was bountiful, and the rooftop cocktail bar was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I would say this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in…so much so that I will research it and get the same mattress for home! I found one of the reception staff quite unhelpful, but overall a great experience!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Right from check-in, the staff made us feel warm and welcomed. They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and the staff made our stay special. The rooms are well presented and spacious. The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional with a wide selection to cater for all tastebuds. We also enjoyed our time at the Vana Spa which is a must do. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kiruna. The hospitality was faultless.

Big thank you to Mr Mujkić and his entire staff! From the moment I booked, I felt already well cared for. The concierge team managed to get us a reservation at the hotel's restaurant Fe and a spot in the spa. Everything was exceptional: Romantic touches for Valentine's, a heated outdoor pool in -20° weather, and amazing food and service at the resaurant. If you are going to Kiruna, be sure to visit Elite Hotel Frost.

The staff were nice and the place was great. Since we were there for a vacation, it would have been nice to have a concierge service. No one there knew anything about how the northern lights industry worked. We had to figure out what to do completely by searching the internet. It was a pain. It would be easy to know all that and help guests negotiate it.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for sauna and steam room You can not swim in the pool You don’t have jacuzzi This was ridiculous. Instead of paying 40$ which is a ripoff you get discount 20% So I paid 32$ I stayed 5N , and you don’t have any entertainment, everything is over 30$, even a Cesar salad is 29$, dessert is 15$, taxi to and from airport is 40$ for 3 km.
