The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a great selection. Dinner is offered as well, which is very convenient if you don't feel like driving into the city. Overall, a nice place to stay!

One thing that I really enjoyed about the hotel is that the park is right outside your door. One other item that I also enjoyed was the Sauna. Staff was great

Dirty, at 20.30 the restaurant close, room little with essential forniture, shower with but curtain, after 20.00 can’t have nothing (water, coffee, nothing) and moreover is out of the city in the middle of nothing. 75€ in the trash.

Bis auf wenige leicht zu klärende Kleinigkeiten vor allem für Kinder ein super Aufenthalt. Direkt am Brückenkopfpark mit freiem Eintritt und großer Kletter-/Spielhalle einschließlich Turnhalle. Frühstück war gut, teilweise das Buffet leer, aber auf Nachfrage wurde nachgelegt. Sehr persönliches, einfaches Hotel.

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer (2 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind) war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschkabine ließ sich nicht vernünftig öffnen/schließen und es roch sehr muffig. Das Frühstück war leider eine absolute Katastrophe und für den Preis auch eine Frechheit. Um 09:30 Uhr (das Frühstück ging offiziell bis 11 Uhr) gab es kein Brot/keine Brötchen mehr und es wurden erst auf mehrfaches Nachfragen diverser Gäste hin ein paar neue aufgebacken, die dementsprechend sofort wieder weg waren. Auch die Butter war aus und es gibt vor Dienstag keine neue mehr. Auch die Saftmaschine war leer und es dauerte ewig - und auch nur auf mehrfaches Nachfragen unsererseits und anderer Gäste hin - bis etwas Aufschnitt/Obst nachgelegt wurde! Natürlich kann Personal ausfallen (so lautete es unter vorgehaltener Hand) und auch Lebensmittel können ausgehen; aber dann muss ich den Gästen Alternativen/Preisnachlässe anbieten. Ich habe selbst schon mehrfach das Jufa Hotel in Königswinter besucht und bin von dort einen ganz anderen Standard gewohnt - sowohl was die Zimmer, als auch was das Essen angeht. Dieses Hotel kann zu diesem Preis leider nicht empfohlen werden!

Hotelzimmer sind eine Mischung aus Jugendherberge und Krankenhaus. Für diesen "Komfort" deutlich zu teuer. Frühstücksbereich versprüht einen Ähnlichen Charme wie die Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet OK. Kleines Highlight ist der doch recht schöne Saunabereich.

Virkelig et fantastisk hotel med adgang til park med legeplads og zoo og indendørs legeplads. Venligt personale og god service. Det eneste lille minus var, at vores værelse var mega varmt og uden aircondition eller anden udluftning end muligheden for at åbne et vindue.

Ich habe am Epochenfest im Brückenkopfpark teilgenommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Park und ist dafür ideal. Leider konnte man in diesem Jahr nicht mehr direkt vom Hotel aus in den Park gelangen, so dass man ganz außen herumgehen musste. Im letzten Jahr war das besser. Sonst war alles super.

Tolles Frühstück in angenehmer Unterkunft

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war super! Regionale Produkte und große, frische Brötchen vom Bäcker waren einfach ein toller Start in den Tag. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und funktionell in Ordnung erinnerte aber teilweise etwas an Jugendherberge. Eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser wäre bei dem Preis allerdings wünschenswert bzw. ist in der Preisklasse eigentlich Standard.
