Este hotel es una trampa para turistas: las habitaciones no cuentan con una llave, es decir siempre se quedan abiertas, no hay seguridad, dentro del cuarto olía a caño todo el tiempo, la cama horrible, una tabla con resortes y ¡ni siquiera hay agua caliente! Hay menores de edad trabajando, atendiendo en el restaurante y alberca; quienes atienden todo el hotel es una familia que hace lo mejor posible, pero no son suficientes. A todo el hotel le hace falta renovación total. Para el precio, uno espera otro tipo de servicio.

Habitaciones amplias, pero les falta una limpieza a detalle,la alberca estaba llena de pelotas de un evento que hubo y los días lunes y martes no hay servicio de comedor ni bar, la a encargada es muy amable y servicial, creo puede mejorarse el mantenimiento de este alojamiento que tiene muy bonitas vistas a la laguna y tiene una bonita arquitectura

Es una casa grande convertida en hotel y que actualmente le falta mucho mantenimiento. Las tazas de baños no tienen tapa, canceles se están cayendo, cortinas se caen. No lo recomiendo

Todo está muy viejo y anticuado. Las habitaciones está bien, pero las camas eran horribles, aparte que olían mal y eran 0 cómodas. El servicio de recibimiento y de salida es muy mala, casi siempre tenemos que marcar para poder entrar o salir del hotel. Volvería si mejoran esos y varios aspectos del lugar
