O quarto era amplo, mas o ar de um dos quartos e da sala não funcionavam bem. O sofa da sala está velho. A limpeza precisa melhorar, como é uma cidade com praia, entendo que muita terra vem da praia, mas o que pode ser removido na limpeza. A equipe do café da manhã não é atenciosa, parece que estão trabalhando sobrecarregados e não respondem nossas perguntas cordialmente, uma correria só.

Fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção, tudo devidamente explicado. Interessante o sistema de iluminação que não precisava retirar o cartão que desligava tudo. Quarto grande, confortável, televisão pegava vários canais, chuveiro de ducha excelente com pressão boa. Frigobar funcionou adequadamente. Não gostei das toalhas, achei muito velhas e finas. Poderia melhorar a qualidade. Travesseiros tb muito finos, que nos causou um grande torcicolo já no primeiro dia. Ar condicionado funcionou adequadamente. Academia péssima! Equipamentos quebrados, sem manutenção, estrutura horrível. Nem deu pra utilizar. Achei a piscina suja parecia que estava sem manutenção. Os vidros que a protegem e ficam de frente pro mar embaçados. Café da manhã simples, mas tinha bastante opção, só não senti as coisas muito frescas. Mussarela parecia que estava congelada, Massa dos bolos com aspecto duro, Acho q faltaram alguns itens básicos como margarina ou manteiga, requeijão, pão de queijo. Estacionamento PÉSSIMO!!! Acho que venderam mais do que a capacidade suporta e quase ficamos sem estacionar, mesmo já tendo pago por toda nossa estadia. Espaço pequeno demais e encontramos um ralado na lateral do veículo. Localização excelente, perto do centro de Tambaú, dá pra fazer tudo a pé (se quiser andar um pouquinho a mais rsrsrs), px a restaurantes, pontos turísticos, praia.
