Oferece muito pouco e não é confiável

Minha avaliação refere-se a Caju D'charm,visto que, ao chegar na pousada reservada (Praia mar em Tambaú), fui informada NO MOMENTO DO CHECK IN, que alteraram minha reserva e me transferiram para a unidade de Cabo Branco. Não fui comunicada nem consultada sobre essa alteração. Por pouco não tive que pagar para ir até a outra unidade, não me deram uma explicação sequer, e acho difícil qualquer motivo que justifique a falta de comunicação com relação a um assunto assim. A pousada que fiquei (por falta de opção) tinha uma piscina como diferencial, porém eu havia escolhido pela localização. fiquei a 20 min a pé da que reservei, em direção oposta as atrações turisticas que basearam minha escolha. A pousada era ampla, porém o chuveiro era ruim e o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto pela manhã. O café da manhã era muito fraco, não parecia fresco, poucas opções e mosquitos sobre as frutas. Resumindo, o que a pousada oferece não chegou nem perto de me fazer relevar a alteração que fizeram sem minha anuência.

Alteração de reserva sem consulta e sem informação

Eu não posso avaliar essa pousada porque, simplesmente, na hora de efetuar o check in, fui informada de que alteraram minha reserva para outra unidade da rede caju... fui transferida para a unidade de cabo branco, sem ser consultada e sequer informada com antecedência. Tentaram amenizar dizendo que a outra unidade era a melhor de todas, pois, fica assim minha avaliação, se aquela é a melhor, não indico nenhuma.
