"Clean room, right across bus stop, maybe 5-10 minute to nearest metro station. Breakfast included was a plus, only slight changes from day to day but mostly the same. Very courteous staff. They provide 2 bottles of water each day if you allow for room service. Nice sized room. Mostly quiet. Good central location with ximending on one side and Taipei 101 on the opposite side of the hotel's location. No gym. No Pool. Pillows softer than my liking. Overall good and pleasant stay. Would stay again. "

"The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars "

"We were in Taipei for a concert and arrived at the hotel a bit early to drop off our luggage. The young lady at the reception,Linda, was very sweet and courteous. Some might say the hotel is outdated but personally, it reminds me a lot of the European boutique hotels. The room was clean and the bathtub was a bonus. Will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and many of Taipei’s attractions. The staff were courteous and the food was okay in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes that would please people from many different cultures. If you wanted to shop, the Q mall is right next door with easy access to the train and metro systems."
