Great place, beautiful surroundings, huge rooms. The only thing to bring it down a bit was the WiFi quality.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the place full out. Anton the chef made gluten-free meals and without any issues. The onion and meat dish was excellent as the recommended wine from Create. Charming with the horses and riding school in the surrounding buildings.
It's a beautiful old castle, and a lot of its structure lives into that history. It is at its heart a riding and perhaps hiking/walking location - there's not a lot of typical tourist things to do right around the castle.
Very quiet place, good price staff very friendly breakfast is usually 8am but we ask if we can have 7 am because we travel this day early😊 ladies is very helpful Thanks again..
This impressive mansion with horse stables in the country side is full of family history , time stands still as you enjoy being in nature , Ira and Anna and all the staff are a credit to the hospitality profession , very genuine people !!
First and foremost, it smelled like horse manure on the inside and on the outside grounds. Secondly, there was no staff whatsoever. I searched the entire hotel upstairs downstairs in the restaurant. No one was there after 15 minutes I found a chalkboard that had my name on it with a key underneath again, no staff no restaurant no food no provisions no nothing. I walked further to the room and it was like from 1910 four Post twin bed that the mattress was made out of hay no amenities whatsoever a homemade shower it was disgusting. I tried to contact you to get a full refund that evening. I tried again this morning two days later and as you see, I had to book another room that night you do not answer you do not respond and your Customer Service is a runaround. I’m a very good customer of Expidia and Hotels.com and I’m very very very disappointed and I need someone to get in touch with me. That place is a total rip off. It smells like horse manure and it’s disgustingly dirty. It’s a horse ranch. They should not be on as a hotel.
