"My stay at the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing parts. Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. The room also felt somewhat outdated and gray, and housekeeping could have paid a little more attention to detail when making the bed. With some improvements to service and room upkeep, the experience could be much better."
"Hotel was pretty good but noise and cleanliness were affected by light rail construction in the street, not their fault, and of course, personell presence might have been affected by war-time absences.
This is still our favorite hotel in Jerusalem.
Food is still the best. Rooms are the most comfortable in this price range."
"One of the staff was rude. She was very rushing us even though we getting out on time for check out. I understand people have job but think and look before you say something."
