I stayed in a Basic Apartment, 1 Bedroom, on the ground floor. Access to it and two other ground-floor apartments is via a separate entrance from Agrippas Street around the corner. Importantly for this trip, the closest protected space turned out to be a parking garage next door. Also, because of the separate entrance, it took a little time to go around and get up to the rooftop terrace. It was worth it, though! We were a few minutes from the light rail that takes on directly to the old city gates. Best of all we were within a few minutes walk to the famous Yehuda market which we visited most evenings. The apartment itself was clean and was quiet well insulated from noise. The only complain I have is that it is located on an alley that is not lit up at night so walking from the Main Street to front door of the apartment maybe unsettling for some people. The apartment was located just 10 minutes from the Old City Jerusalem. We were so conveniently close to the light rail 🚈 and other public transportation options that getting around was not an issue at all since we didn’t have a rental. The WiFi was strong, so my son could do his online assignments without any issues and we could all be connected on our devices without any issues. All the appliances worked with the exception of the washer/drier. My original apartment was on the fourth floor and had to be relocated to a bottom unit since the elevator was broken. The apartment is located on a quiet side street and it was possible to walk to the center of town with many shops and restaurants in less than 15-20minutes. Contacting and communicating with the agency was easy. Only issue we had was being awaken in the middle of the night to other guests walking into out apartment. These people apparently had the same reservation and lock codes to unlock our apartment door.
