The hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms,clean and quiet however the air conditioner was rattling all night and kept us up.we did report it to the desk.the location and view of Manhattan was remarkable. We would stay there again breakfast was great.

Check in was fast and seamless, rooms, kitchen appliances and other fixtures were clean and well maintained. A pleasant surprise was that the property was less than a minute walk from the ferry which was extremely convenient for us as we had plans to travel between New Jersey and New York.

This hotel is literally the best I’ve stayed at . We stay here every time I’m in the area. The check in is easy, the staff is absolutely wonderful, they are very friendly, quick and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We will be back soon .

It was a quick check in process however I asked a river view and was told I had a partial city: river view. My room felt secluded in the end of the building. Other than that continental breakfast was good, staff was nice, shower felt great, bathrooms remodeled and cute.
