Cons: The Pick up from airport can be improved as they pick and drop only from one terminal. No parking which is a concern
It was overall good but pick an drop from airport can be improved. Breakfast was good. No parking which again is a concern.

Wonderful place to stay!

Location: Five minute walk to PATH station....two minute walk to restaurants...nice location.
My family and I stayed here for three nights for a trip to NYC...great location, airport shuttle is convenient, very reasonable pricing, breakfast was great every day...VERY close to PATH train to get to the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful...great place!

We originally had a nice, large room. Soon there was a strong smell of gas coming from the wall unit. Maintenance came up and opened the windows (most did not have screens), said it wasn't dangerous, they fixed the problem. We left for a few hours and came back thinking the smell would be gone. The smell was still very strong and coming from the wall unit. I called the office again. No other rooms to move us to...not dangerous...problem fixed. A little while later, my son and I started feeling sick. It was cold outside and we couldn't shut the windows because the smell was still so strong and still being pumped into our room. I went downstairs and they were able to find another room that did not have gas being pumped into it. It was very loud...sounded like someone banging on the pipes at 1:30 a.m. It was so loud, I thought someone was breaking into the window of our room (first floor). The staff was very nice and apologetic but I most likely will not stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30am in order to get some rest for a 9am meeting I had, and was told that I had to look for street parking although the website mentions that there was nearby offsite parking for a fee. I don’t know what the hotel’s definition of “nearby” is, but the only lot I found was closed and was blocks away . I asked for a refund and that was denied by the hotel manager despite the difficult time I was having in that neighborhood. So I called Expedia, and they also attempted to contact the hotel staff and were told the same — no refunds. I had no choice but to swallow the $130 i was spending on the Ramada room for the night and book another hotel that could accommodate me at my complete expense. This is my second time getting burned by a Ramada hotel and will SURELY be my last. Sadly, Expedia couldn’t help me book at the next hotel of my choice although I contacted the hotel directly and learned that there was space available. Disappointing.
