Welcome to our brand-new apartment building located just minutes away from Manhattan! This spacious and modern accommodation offers the perfect base for your NYC adventure. W/ free parking available onsite, you won`t have to worry about the hassle of finding a spot.

Conveniently situated near a bus stop, you`ll have easy access to a direct route to NYC.

Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to six people w/AC & Heating in every room.

Enjoy a Full Kitchen & Wash & Dryer inside Building.

The property is in excellent conditions as everything is new. The apartment feels very ample and very cozy. There is enough space for an air mattress and the sofa bed to be used at the same time in the living room. There are 3 beds in total in the apartment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. This is not a shared space.

Guests can reach me at any time via text message or Airbnb messaging app.
Please remember there is absolutely no smoking allowed.

Nice place to stay

Nice and clean apartment that worked well for family of 5. It was great to have onsite parking and laundry. Only complaints are that no washcloths were provided and neighbors above were noisy. Communication with owner was great. Overall, a really nice place recommend.

We loved it!

Clean, spacious, looks exactly like the pictures! Check in process is super easy because all you need is a door code. Sometimes you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, so take that into consideration if you're particularly bothered by noise. I believe the unit is handicap accessible (but I'm not an expert) because all the doors, halway, and the bathroom appeared wide enough to fit a wheelchair. Second floor unit, but there is an elevator.

This apartment was clean and spacious. The host was very kind and responsive. That said, it looked like it’s been used quite a bit with paint flecked off the door and dark trim- and door handles loose/crooked with the bathroom handle falling off completely. Everything else worked as it should- except the TV as it was set on a different language and we couldn’t get it to swap to English thus we couldn’t use it. The neighborhood was fine except from the very loud music and yelling that occurred x2 while we were there and the people stomping around upstairs (I’d imagine we were loud also to the people below us, then with my rowdy kids). It does require quite a bit of travel to get downtown NYC on the bus which ranged from 30-60 mins there and back, depending on time of day and DOW. It also came with an air mattress instead of a futon, as stated. These smaller things aside, my family did have a good time on our vacation here.

Great place to stay

Was exactly as described, King bed, fold down couch, and air mattress for sleeping. Kitchen has necessities needed for cooking, even spices. Walk in and feel at home.

Great Stay

There were six of us staying here, all adults. It’s great for 4, but there are air mattresses. Unfortunately the two we used had leaks so we ended up sleeping on the floor. Other than that, it was a great clean stay close to the bus stop to go into NY.

Bel appartement mais voisin très bruyant

L’appartement propre et bien situé à West NY, bus très proche et nombreux commerces à proximité. On rejoint Manhattan facilement en bus. Reinier est très sympa et très pro. Le gros problème vient du voisin du dessus, il fait beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4 heure du matin car il court en pleine.nuit et le samedi musique à fond, la police a du intervenir. Dommage que le voisinage soit si mauvais.

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en la fotos. Resulta muy cómodo y tiene menaje de cocina fantástico para preparar algo de comer. El barrio se ve muy tranquilo y seguro. como se muestra ennlas fotos.
