We had to ask a waiter in the adjoining restaurant for help. The info about the place said the front desk was available from 8am to 9pm - there is no front desk. The info also said luggage storage was available - it was not. The restaurant allowed us to store our luggage under its open stairway. The kitchen was poorly equipped - 2 pots, no skillet. That said, the rental was very roomy. Need fans in each bedroom as the apartment was very hot and open windows and doors were not sufficient. Fridge door did not stay properly shut. The 3 bedroom apartment was great. We have the two bedrooms and two baths apartment which is very comfortable for two people. Kitchenette has very basic stuff but not for the serious cooking. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment. Due to many windows of the apartment, so summer time the rooms are very warm. We asked for a electrical fan, staff responded very quick but only providing one small fan which is not enough to get rid of heat for one room. You are in the heart of Svolvaer and right on the water with amazing views and people watching.
