The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel could use some renovations and updates in general, as some areas feel a bit dated. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay, especially for a quick trip.

Excellent experience and for the price we paid. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and came with sofa bed too. Will Make this a permanent option Everytime to travel to the area . Close to many shops and restaurants. Loved it.

Tim, from maintenance and Valentina, who was serving breakfast, were really helpful and amazing. I was given a roller bed so that I didn’t have to sleep on the sofa bed. The staff were what made this a great experience. Also this is super close to the NJ transit bus stop which makes it easy to get to NYC.

The building looks old and is showing its age. The rooms really need updating and cleaned. Bathroom was gross and very old. I didn’t feel safe in the shower because of the floor sounds when in the tub and the ceiling above has major water damage. The staff was all very helpful and kind. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. We love to stay at this hotel because it is so convenient and a safe area.

Hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind. They answered any questions we had. The breakfast buffet was what you’d expect - bagels, eggs, fruit, toast, tea, coffee. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance unfortunately. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, unless requested. Which we love because we don’t need our beds made or our towels changed daily! We felt very secure. There is free parking on site. You are very close to many stores and restaurants, some even within walking distance! We traveled to the city from the hotel. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel that takes you to the NY Port Authority, buy tickets through the NJTransit app. The Secaucus Train junction is a 10 min drive, you do have to pay for parking ($20 Sat/Sun rate), but it’s only 15 mins into Penn Station. I love staying in this area when we go into NYC! We get the excitement of the city and the relaxation and comfort of a more peaceful area!

It’s a good value - costs much less than most other accommodations in the area. Nonetheless, they repeatedly had problems with the elevator. I was grateful that didn’t happen when I was checking in or out. Indoor parking was great and the view of the NYC skyline was spectacular. Bus service into Port Authority from right across the street was wonderful. The TV lacked some of the network stations so I was unable to watch the NBA finals.
