Located in the heart of Hoboken just half block from Washington Street and a few blocks from Hoboken NJ PATH station. Enjoy both New York City and Hoboken from this gorgeous two bedrooms apartment. Only 10 mins by NJ PATH train to either Downtown or Midtown Manhattan or 15 mins to Time Square by bus. A few minutes to Hoboken waterfront with an amazing view of NYC skyline. The space The apartment is located ONLY 10 mins walk from the Path Station which offers direct and 24/7 convenient connection to Manhattan. All new appliances, furniture, a high-speed Internet with the TV cable that includes a variety of channels. The apartment comes fully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. So, all you need to bring is your luggage. In the apartment, you will find Bright, Warm, Clean, fully equipped TWO separate bedrooms to sleep and relax. LARGE Master Bedroom with TWO QUEEN-SIZE BEDS and enormous size closet ideal for 4 people. JUNIOR Bedroom with ONE QUEEN-SIZE BED and closet is perfect for 2 people. All of the rooms are comfortable for rest, have Air Conditions and room darkening. LIVING ROOM has a comfortable sofa, where everyone can enjoy time together by watching TV, play games etc. KITCHEN with all necessary supplies such as microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots, frying pans, and toaster. Everything you need to make a homemade meal.Also, I always keep in the apartment olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee filters. EAT-IN KITCHEN - our kitchen table perfectly fits a group of 6 people, where you can get your meal together or it can be used as a working space as well. BATHROOM we do provide for all our guests with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and other toiletries. Also, in the apartment, you always can find basic first aid items and earplugs for you to use. A LAUNDROMAT - we don’t have laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat in the corner of our block. Drop-off service available. PARKING - Please note that the apartment DOES NOT come with parking. You are responsible to arrange for your own parking if you have a car. It is safe to park in the street near the apartment. There are garages nearby that you can pay for. The cheapest parking lot is a few blocks away. The apartment was super comfortable and everything you could want is in a short walking distance. The owner, Mena, left lots of thoughtful touches. We took the PATH Train to lower Manhattan and typically took the 126 bus when we went to Port Authority. It’s a good idea to install the NJ transit app for bus tickets to Manhattan. The property was clean and in great working order with comfortable beds and kitchen. TV was decent but mostly streaming channels where it was difficult to find live sports content. Furniture like chairs and sofa were basic but not fancy. The location was great with easy transit options to Manhattan. One of the best aspects is the proximity to Washington Avenue. Only steps away to tons of great food, pubs, supplies and shopping. Neighborhood was good. The apartment itself is fine. Some street noise. It’s on a third floor with some pretty steep stairs, so we had to be a little careful with our two-year-old as we went up and down. ##### Eric C. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Street parking was limited and Hoboken has some rules in place for residents but the parking garage was only a 10 min walk. We could all fit in the apartment (me, spouse & 3 teens) and my husband & I even got our own room. That would NEVER happen in Manhattan. The apartment was clean & well stocked with anything you need. It is an older apartment that has been recently furnished; however, the ‘older’ features give it appeal. Location to the Hoboken train station is about a 10-15 minute walk which I won’t lie was hard after walking in Manhattan all day. That being said, it is a cute walk with a ton of stores and restaurants. I would highly recommended this apartment. What a gift! ##### Kari D. We have been talking for years to take the kids to NYC and decided that staying away from the city would be nicer for a family of 5\. Hoboken, this home and our host was perfect for us to enjoy city living. It was super easy to get to the path and into NYC. The neighborhood was clean, quiet enough and safe. There was everything you needed within walking distance. The home was an old beautiful brownstone. This is definitely 5 star!! ##### Jenelle G. There isn't any parking close, so we had walk several blocks with our luggage. There was also the expense of the garage, but that is probably pretty common I think near NYC. Transportation into the city on the PATH was really easy, fast, and vlran. We had some trouble figuring out how to get the code to work once we got to the apartment. There were a lot of stairs up to the apartment. It had window AC that had to be turned off while you were away. The apartment did cool down fairly quickly once turned on though. The living room was cute and the bedrooms were pretty cozy. ##### Jenny T.
