The neighborhood had great shopping for groceries, wine, etc. We were about two blocks from the ferries and trains into Manhattan.The apartment was clean and well stocked; the air-conditioning worked well and mattresses and bedding were excellent.Be aware that the street scene, although friendly, gets noisy on the weekend nights.
