We were just surprised but it wasn’t an issue at all, quite the opposite! Delicious food for really cheap! Which is rare when you are visiting NY! Everything functioned properly and all listed appliances and amenities were present. Everything was clean except for the floors. There were dirt/dust foot prints and our feet were dirty upon entering and taking our shoes off. The check in process was somewhat confusing. The instructions for getting into the garage could be made clearer. We aren't from a city like this so we were confused about having to leave the car on the street and walking inside to open the garage and then pulling in. The other confusing part was finding the door to our apartment unlocked and ajar. We were nervous about entering. We also didn't have any instructions about a key or the key pad on the door to the apartment. I tried the same code that got me into the lobby but that didn't work. We looked around and found a key in a drawer that worked for the front door.
