Rooms were good, although or room which faced the back of the hotel was quite noisy in the evening hours as it overlooked a busy plaza filled with restaurants. "We loved our stay in Ronda. The Parador was wonderful and in the perfect location. The hotel is absolutely fabolous, a must for travelers with parking conveniently located in the lower level of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding as well. Rooms are large and lovely. "The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Nice hotel close to the centre of Jerez and within walking distance of the main attractions. It's a bit dated and could do with a refurb but it suited us fine as we were only staying for one night. It has a nice foyer and breakfast room. Selection at breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
