(82 reviews) Sadly, my stay at this property was not great. It felt like I was staying in a compound where it was only safe to venture out during daylight. Communication was awful especially regarding the problems with running or hot water. The food was mediocre at best. I listened to dogs barking throughout the night, every night. I was awoken at 7am on Saturday morning to a voice over a loud speaker. I don’t speak Spanish, so I had no idea what was happening and I was scared. Eventually I was able to figure out he was preaching. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was very good. (1,004 reviews) Staff and the beach were amazing. Clean hotel as well. The only thing is that the bed and pillows were near perfect it made it really hard to get up im the morning! Best sleep.
