"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

The Onsen was superb after a long day of walking and touring. The breakfast buffet combined Japanese and Western style and was delicious. Hospitable and excellent staff. "

"Really enjoyed the stay. It was comfy and the included breakfast was tasty, changing the main items every morning. All my needs were met and easy to access. Made it easy for us to do day trip to Kamikochi."
