Over the years, many hotels have discontinued complimentary amenities such as bottled water, and check-in times have gradually shifted from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This property’s check-in time of 4:00 PM feels quite late, especially for travelers who have spent the entire day driving and are in need of rest.
After a long journey, guests are often left with the choice of either spending additional time outside waiting for check-in or paying extra for early check-in. Extending flexibility for arriving guests or reconsidering the standard check-in time could significantly improve the overall guest experience."
