Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The beach was beautiful, especially the morning sunrise. It was spacious and comfortable. Our Host, Tish, was very attentive. We had one issue that was handled well and solved quickly. Communication was great. The place was very easy to access. The location was amazing and close to everything we needed. We would love to return. I highly recommend.

Spring Break Escape

Great location

The condo was very clean. We have stayed here the past 2 years in December and the owner always gets back with us in a timely manner whenever we have any questions. The condo has a nice big balcony overlooking the ocean.We were very happy with our stay and will probably book again next year.

Wonderful location

For our family, the choice was all about location - proximity to the beach and local friends and family. We were delightfully surprised at how lovely and useful the property grounds became, especially the pool. The unit was exactly as portrayed in the photos - beautiful view and very comfortable.

Jax Beach Getaway!

Four family for the first week. Wife and myself 2nd week. Perfect accommodations. Weather was cooler than we like. Nearby food was amazing!

Everything and More

This newly renovated condo was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for a great beach vacation. It’s easy to settle in here and feel like home. Great for one person or a family. Beautiful ocean vistas as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on a quiet street and in a safe neighborhood rounding out the perks. The host was kind and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this condo and we were once again pleased with our stay at Oceania. Tish was great to communicate with. The condo had everything we could possibly need and was just steps away from the beach. My favorite thing about this location is the space!!!! Not once have I ever felt crowded here, and this location has never felt "touristy." We drove down to St. Augustine one evening for a ghost tour which was so much fun! Spent another evening riding go-karts and playing putt putt. Did some shopping at St. John Town Center. Overall, it was a great vacation and I cannot say enough good things about Tish and her lovely condo!

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

My husband and I and sister and brother- in- law came for a Packers vs Jaguars game. We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. We took day trips to Amelia Island and St. Augustine. The owner was very responsive, and the property was as described. There were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that could have been better, would be to have more of the necessities around the condo. We ran low on soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. It didn't cause a problem, because we just walked to the gas station a block away to get more. It was an extremely positive experience. I would definitely recommend this property. The only thing distance.

Perfect Escape

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I had a fantastic trip to Jax Beach this past week. This condo was excellent in every way. The location is great in proximity to grocery stores, dining, and of course the beach and pool. Everything inside was in really great condition, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The weather this week was hot, but with the pool and ocean right outside, and that wonderful large balcony staring out to the ocean is was both extremely energizing and relaxing. The beach was not overly crowded even on Memorial Day. Tish was an excellent host, very communicative and made sure that we had clear instructions on everything we needed. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach, overall feeling like home. The beds were very comfortable, and towels and linens were plentiful. The complex also had excellent security with electronic gates for both car and beach access. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Tish! for providing a perfect escape for my family.

The unit had a few issues: tv was very hard to use, mold around vents in mb shower, when you opened the shower door it covered the Ada handle so it could not be used. The owner gave us a hard time about our service dog which is fully certified and travels all over the world.
