​Mi estancia en Apartamentos MYD Avenida América fue, sin exagerar, la peor experiencia de alojamiento de mi vida. Si buscas un lugar donde sentirte bienvenido, este NO es el sitio. El trato por parte de la gestión fue sencillamente paupérrimo, inhumano y despótico. Mi llegada fue traumática. La dirección proporcionada en Expedia no es correcta. Estuve perdido más de media hora bajo un sol picante, cargando maletas, tratando de adivinar dónde estaba el edificio. Su supuesta "asistencia" es un chat de WhatsApp donde prohíben llamadas o audios. Me encontré con un muro de respuestas tajantes, prepotentes y arrogantes que no solucionaban nada y encima me daban "boches" por no saber usar el GoogleMaps para encontrar una dirección mal dada. Fue un recibimiento deprimente y carente de cualquier condolencia o espíritu de servicio. Para rematar la experiencia de desconfianza y hostilidad, el día de salida, a primera hora de la mañana y de forma presionante, ya me estaban exigiendo que les dijera la hora exacta de mi partida. Para colmo, me quisieron obligar bajo forma de advertencia a tomar fotos de todo el apartamento antes de irme y enviarlas a un número de WhatsApp diferente para "evitar cobros de fianza". Te tratan como a un criminal potencial desde el primer momento hasta el último. Toda la conversación durante mi estancia fue una pesadilla constante. Es un alojamiento que te roba la tranquilidad y te arruina el viaje. NO RESERVES AQUÍ. Hay miles de opciones mejores en Madrid!
