Location - Location- Location
The property is not luxurious but a perfect value for a family. 3 floors, park outside with a pond. 2 minute walk to a beach. (Btw I didn’t realize how beautiful Jacksonville beach was) Easy access to highway and plenty of shopping and dining options a short drive or walk away. Thank you for letting us stay!

Girls in the run!!
Great location for the beach. Easy access and very clean. The only thing I would say is the house could use an update. Towels, shower curtains need to be replaced. Beds were very comfortable. Cute, cozy house just needs updated.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a 3 story beach house, a bit rustic, meant for people to enjoy and create beautiful memories. I’m sorry it did not live up to your expectations. I have ordered new towels and there is only one shower curtain in the house which appears to be fine. Sorry if anything disappointed you. I do my best to make sure everything is clean and happy. Great location for Jax beach
Hello We came for christmas with family and location was great as you can walk 1-2 blocks from the beach. Hosts was very nice and polite. We had all we needed to make our food and prep for dinner. I will say the towels in all the bathrooms were not what I expected. Very cheap and more like beach towels. A fresh new set of towels and wash clothes for all bedrooms/bath rooms is my only suggestion. And a sheet with instructions for check out as well. All in all very nice location just be ready to get a workout with all the stairs..LOL -

Michelle, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. As far as bathroom towels we were out of town, so I’m not sure what towels my Housecleaner put out. as far as check out information, there is an information board in the kitchen on the cabinet. I don’t really really require a lot of check out procedures because I just want everybody to enjoy their stay as you already paid your cleaning fee so I just ask people to leave beds, unmade and pile towels in the bathroom. I’m sorry if there was any inconvenience thank you so much for staying. You are welcome back anytime.

We stayed in Jax Beach the week before Christmas. The townhouse was conveniently located and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. I recommend this property.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend to visit with our granddaughter, a student at UNF. The accommodations were great for the three adults and a teen sister. The beach was a pleasant short walk.

Absolutely perfect!!
Adorable beach house that was clean, spacious and so welcoming! Location is 4 minute walk to the beach and sits directly across from a duck pond and play area. Grocery store and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. Will definitely return.

This property is everything it was advertised to be, especially close to beach, and great location. Unfortunately, something came up, and we had to dramatically shorten our stay at Jacksonville Beach. In closing, this property is a find for anyone coming to Jacksonville Beach, because of its location and it’s quite cozy, it would be a nice place to relax.

Perfect Family Vacation
The house was just what we needed. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to Jax Beach. It wasn't crowded at all. We found shark teeth and beautiful shells everyday. The host was so helpful and gave us great local information. We are already planning our visit next summer.

We had a good stay and had good communication with the property owner throughout our stay. It fit our needs and was a short walk to the ocean and very close to shopping restaurants. It was also an easy drive to many other places we wanted to see in the area.

Delightful Stay at the Beach
Vicki’s townhome is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The home is well equipped with kitchen items, a gas grill, beach chairs and towels. Plenty of space for relaxing inside or out. Vicky is a gracious hostess and great communicator. Checkin and out was a breeze. She also have us great recommendations in the area. We look forward to staying here again next spring !

Wonderful Experience at Vicki’s Jacksonville Beach Vrbo!
My 5 adult sisters between the ages of 60 and 76 and I just finished staying a week at Vicki’s VRBO and it was a fantastic experience! Beautiful roomy home with it’s own private deck…..very clean with lovely decor. Beds were incredibly comfortable which was important to us. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Many good restaurants in the area. We were fortunate enough to meet the host, Vicki, and had a delightful time with her. She was so pleasant, vivacious, and so helpful in telling us all of the places we should visit in the area and what was available to us and made sure all of our needs were met. We all highly recommend Vicki’s Vrbo and will definitely go back there if we ever are in Jacksonville again! Thank you Vicki! We loved your property and you made our stay absolutely delightful!

Loved this place. In the perfect spot! The beach is right around the corner., walking distance to stores and restaurants if needed. Beds are comfortable. The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s cute as can be! Everything you need is here Vicky the owner has gone out of her way to make sure you have everything you need as well as many extras. She is also close by if needed and oh so helpful! We loved it here and wewill definitely be back. Thank you Vicky!

We were a group of 6 ladies who enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cutely decorated.. so spacious.. clean and nicely furnished and stocked with plenty of amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. 3 bedrooms 2 baths on the 2 upper floors.. 1/2 bath downstairs. A/C.. oven and microwave work great as well as coffeemaker. Large refrigerator with icemaker just waiting for food and drink.. grocery and many other stores a short drive away. The beautiful beach is just a short walk.. or there is a small parking area at the beach entrance if you get there early or get lucky and find a space. There are some nice beach chairs and an umbrella available on the property to use. Beautiful park across the street. SO many restaurants in the area to visit. Some are within walking distance. Our host Vicki.. absolutely wonderful! Great communication and always willing to bend over backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. She even brought a blender to the house when I asked about one.. so nice! She also lives in the area so she's a wealth of helpful information. We will definitely be back as soon as we get the chance!

As far as TLC I agree, we can only do one project at a time. This is an older beach house, and my prices reflect that. We try to make improvements every year. But again my rates reflect that. Enjoyed the stay. The beach house was very comfortable and welcoming. The park across the street and being just a short walk to the beach was great when the grandkids visited and stayed overnight. We loved the location of this house. It is across from a nice park,around the corner from the beach and close to everything you could ever need. Although close to the bustle of Jax Beach, it feels calm and quiet and a little tucked away. The home is comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked!

I was given the code to the door earlier in the day so we were able to get right in when we got there. The place was very cute and comfortable for the 5 of us. The master had a very spacious suite with a comfortable king size bed. Another bedroom had a double bed and shared a bathroom with the third bedroom which had two twin beds. The location was great, only a few blocks to the beach. It was also across from a pond which has turtles that were fun to watch. The property owners were great, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Vicki and her husband were amazing from start to finish. They made our check in process after a 14 hour drive so easy! The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi (which was no big deal at all) and when I reached out to just inform them, they made it their priority to fix it quickly. Although unnecessary, it was very thoughtful and appreciated! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great house in the perfect location with all of the amenities you could need!
