Hear the ocean from the deck at this delightful townhouse located on a quiet street, second row from the beach. This property has wonderful coastal vibes with comfortable furnishings and all the essentials for your stay. It features a first-floor main bedroom and bathroom, plus a double queen guest ensuite and a double twin guest ensuite upstairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a quaint dining area. Complete with all modern amenities (including WiFi), this property is ideal for 30+ day stays. Great location very close to the beach.

The Space:
This 3BR/3BA townhome is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with an electric cooktop stove, LVP flooring, and all the bells and whistles. MAIN LEVEL owner suite, washer/dryer, and 2 guest suites upstairs. Thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and chairs. A short walk to the beach!

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on first avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
