This newly updated townhome is the perfect location on Amelia Island for a wonderful vacation. With the ocean right across the street, the pool steps away and a popular local restaurant just steps away, you will be sure to love the location!

This warm townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a king size bed and is located on the second level along with the kitchen and living room. The private deck along the living room, has peekaboo ocean views and is the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner or early morning sunrise coffee. Dining room seats six and also houses a wind cooler for keeping wine at the perfect temperature. The TV is wall mounted in the living room with You Tube TV for cable channels and streaming available with Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and a central location perfect for keeping the family together.

Along with the main entryway on the first floor, the second and third bedrooms are also located. The jack and jill bathroom is located in between the bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has a double and a twin.

The full size washer and dryer are also located on the first level with an entrance on to the large back patio that is great for dinners or entertaining and is just steps from the community pool.

Being centrally located, this townhome is about a 5 minute drive to downtown where you have quaint restaurants and unique shops.

Pet friendly for one dog under 40 lbs.

It was good, except the dishwasher didn’t work & the floor wasn’t clean. They did refund a small portion. Also the pool had leaves.
