Staff super friendly and helpful willing to accommodate every need. Property super clean and well maintained. Onsite restaurant cooks fresh hot meals. Beach is clean with beautiful sunsets. A bit off the radar away from town. If your looking for a quieter spot this is it.

Esa supuesta marca de hoteles OYO es una basura, este hotel negó tener relación con ellos desde hace seis meses, diciendo que eran nueva administración, que el hotel estaba alquilado para una boda. La nefasta administradora no me apoyo ni siquiera con sugerirme alguna otra opción de hospedaje , le valió madre mi situación pues nadie me avisó que no me darían el servicio, llegamos cansados del viaje y con mi nena de 2 años. NO Reserven este hotel es un Fraude. Afortunadamente Hoteles.com me respaldo como agencia sería y me consiguió otro hotel en Zihuatanejo y sólo pague la tarifa original de la anterior reserva, ellos se hicieron cargo de pagar la diferencia. Sólo les pediría que dieran de baja este hotelucho fraudulento que no se preocupo por las reservaciones que quedaron pendientes aunque ya no tuvieran relación laboral con OYO. Pésimos nunca volvería.

Me llamaron y pidieron un deposito supuestamente para garantizar mi reservación y cuando lleguemos al hotel nos dijeron que por no haber llegado a las 13:00 hrs la reservación se había cancelado y después sospechosamente nos dieron una solución que me resulto muy incomoda, además de que durante la segunda noche y hasta que hicimos check-out no hubo luz en todo el hotel así que estuvo feo pasar la noche con calor en las habitaciones super chiquitas y sin interés por parte de la administración para ofrecer una solución.

Hotel pequeño ideal para descansar, limpieza extrema en hotel y playa. Excelente servicio del personal sobretodo de la Sra. Gladys y su esposo. Desayuno exquisito precios accesibles. Lo mejor a buen precio.

Esta bien en general y el personal muy amable solo anticipen sus comidas sobretodo si van a cenar porque la cocina se cierra a las 5 y esta un poco lejos para ir a cenar a algún lado y no se permite introducir comida al hotel, afortunadamente nos cocinaron unas sincronizadas au que ya estaba cerrada la cocina

Tuvimos una excelente estancia. Habitaciones limpias. Personal amable. La dueña es maravillosa La comida deliciosa. El mar? lo tuvimos todo el tiempo a los pies. Gracias por este lugar tan bello.

El lugar está increíble si buscas desconectarte por completo y conexión total con la naturaleza y el mar, el último día nos tocó un poco de lluvia y las escaleras no cuentan con antiderrapante, así que yo y un acompañante tuvimos una caída tengan cuidado con las escaleras

Nunca en mi vida había recibido un trato tan malo apenas al llegar al lugar. La chica que nos atendió tenía un pésimo carácter e inmediatamente que llegamos nos empezó a lanzar amenazas de todo lo que no podíamos hacer en su hotel. Nos comentó que no podíamos introducir absolutamente nada de comida ni en las habitaciones ni en las áreas comunes (entiendo que la idea es que todo lo que quieras consumir lo compres con ellos). Nosotros le comentamos que habíamos traído algunas cosas necesarias para la dieta especial de mis familiares (cerveza sin alcohol, algunas golosinas sin azúcar) pero ella nos dijo terminantemente que no podíamos meter ningún alimento, a pesar de que ella no vende estos productos. Cuando nos mostró las habitaciones notamos que solo había 2 toallas a pesar de que la reservación era para 4 personas. Le pregunte si era posible que nos diera 2 toallas mas pero su respuesta nuevamente fue NO... Por políticas, ellos solo dan 2 toallas. Al darnos cuenta de que nuestra estancia sería un infierno si nos quedábamos ahí, decidimos perder nuestro dinero a pasar un fin de semana de terror con una administradora tan nefasta!! No vayan a este lugar, si bien el lugar esta bien ubicado y las habitaciones están limpias, todo se desmorona por la atención tan mala.
