"I love this hotel! Every one was so helpful and accomodating and the free breakfast is really delicious. I wish we have this kind of establishment back in the USA. I have nothing but good words for everyone. Its clean, nice and just an awesome place to stay at when youre in Buenos Aires."

Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only.
Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe.
We wanted to do laundry which website said they did but they don’t. Laundrette is only 200m down the road.

We spent 4 nights here and loved it. As we were early checking in we were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra charge - a beautiful room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, especially the weekend brunch and the roof terrace and lounge area was an added bonus. There are also lots of cool restaurants and bars to check out in the local area. Can't recommend this place enough.

This was an excellent boutique hotel, with wonderful helpful staff. The rooms were lovely with plenty of room. The showers could have been updated and modernised apart from that the rooms were great. We used the spa area and it small but nice, however the jacquizzi could have been cleaned as it was dirty and there were bits floating. Apart from that I would 100% stay here again

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience

The staff were fantastic. Made you feel really welcome. Excellent location , safe with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking. It's easy to get to all the places tourists would want to visit. You can walk to a lot of them and not far to a bus stop that can get you to the rest.

The best area to stay in Ituzaingó is the central district around the main square, Plaza General Manuel Belgrano.
This area is the heart of Ituzaingó, well-known for its green spaces, local shops, and eateries. The plaza itself is a focal point, often bustling with local life, and the streets immediately surrounding it, such as Avenida Rivadavia and Zufriategui, feature many of the town's key amenities. It's a very walkable part of town, making it convenient for exploring on foot.
For families, this central area is particularly ideal due to its proximity to green spaces like Plaza General Manuel Belgrano, which often has activities for children. There are also several casual restaurants and ice cream parlours within easy reach, providing convenient options for meals and treats. The local shops cater well to daily needs, making a stay here very practical.
Couples looking for a relaxed yet convenient base will appreciate the central location. It offers easy access to local cafes for a morning coffee or an evening drink, and the pleasant surroundings of the plaza make for enjoyable strolls.
When is the best time to go to Ituzaingó?
The best time to visit Ituzaingó, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, is during the spring (September to November) or autumn (March to May) months.
These seasons offer pleasant temperatures, typically ranging from 18°C to 25°C, making it comfortable for exploring the area without the intense heat and humidity of summer or the cooler, sometimes damp, conditions of winter. You'll find the weather ideal for outdoor activities, whether you're strolling through the town centre or enjoying the local parks.
For travellers looking for a relaxed experience with good weather for outdoor dining and leisurely walks, spring is particularly appealing. The jacaranda trees often bloom beautifully during this time, adding to the town's charm. Autumn, on the other hand, presents a slightly cooler climate after the summer, which many find refreshing for day trips and enjoying local events.
