Café da manhã muito fraquinho. Começam a servir muito tarde tbem. Se vc sai de viagem às 7:00 , vc sai sem café da manhã , que foi o que aconteceu com agente. Tive quase que brigar p limparem o quarto( 1405).Elevador é um problema ( em baixa temporada só colocam para funcionar um elevador). E não é de frente com Hard Rock Cafe!!

Localização do hotel é ótima e a acomodação é novinha, no entanto o quarto não estava preparado quando chegamos, tivemos que esperar quase 1h pra poder fazer o checkin sendo que o início era às 14hs. Café da manhã com poucas opções, sem cadeirinha para crianças o que é bem ruim para famílias. Falta aquele “sorriso no rosto” dos funcionários que parecem que precisam ser melhor preparados.

Hotel novo, são apartamentos c cozinha, sala e quarta. Tudo novo e confortável. A experiência do check in e check out são péssimas, eles te mandam sentar para esperar, mesmo que não tenha ninguém sendo atendido no balcão. Depois de eh reclamar fizeram o check in. Elevador estremamente demorado e pequeno. 15 min esperando para pode descer. Equipe do café muito boa. Espaço do café bonito, comida muito boa. Mas c o hotel cheio, o espaço lota muito rápido e não conseguem reabastecer. Falta de talher, xícaras e copos.

Gostei muito do hotel, da limpeza do quarto, da simpatia dos atendentes da recepção e do restaurante (café da manhã), na ocasião era aniversário de 05 anos de uma sobrinha e o atendente mesmo sem que eu pedisse, trouxe uma tapioca com Nutella com uma velinha de aniversário, mostrando muita empatia e generosidade. Um gesto simples, mas de muito valor.A piscina externa é maravilhosa e o quarto é muito aconchegante. O hotel é novo e a localização é excelente!

O hotel tem alguns problemas pontuais: as vezes tinha cheiro de esgoto no quarto, mas não o tempo todo, deve estar com problemas no encanamento. A academia precisa de acessórios básicos para otimizar utilização. Jacuzzi e piscinas são excelentes. Café da manhã bom, sucos frescos, senti falta de maior quantidade de doces, mas servem omelete, tapioca.. atende bem. Garagem boa e perto da praia. Essencial colocar varal no banheiro. Para o que se propõe, a estadia foi mediana. Claramente falta treinamento aos funcionários, especialmente aos da limpeza dos quartos e do restaurante no café da manhã. Tivemos um dos dias da nossa hospedagem que nosso quarto foi limpo apenas de noite, mesmo sendo solicitado diversas vezes durante o dia. O serviço de lavanderia, apesar de terceirizado, demorou dois dias para nos entregar roupa. Para além disso, a localização do hotel fica cercado de obras que impedem o descanso pela manhã. Para o que se pode ter controle, há o que se melhorar com relação aos serviços.
