Hotel bom. Defeitos: teias de aranha em volta da ducha, basculante do banheiro sem puxador (não pude fechá-lo), pintura do quarto vetusta (principalmente o teto).

Desde do primeiro dia até o último fui muito bem recebida por TODOS os funcionários do hotel. São pessoas extremamente receptivas, gentis, educados, prestativos. No segundo dia já pensava numa nova está dia, e sem dúvidas irei retornar!! Ah, o sr Nilson e o rapaz que eu cismei que era "Elieser" (mas não é esse o nome dele rsrs) são incríveis! O café da manhã é bem servido (como não sou de comer muito no café da manhã, achei tudo muito farto) e o bolo integral é maravilhoso!! Mesmo após diminuir o número de hóspedes após o fds do feriado, o serviço de variedade no buffet se manteve. No domingo eu pedi um xícara de água quente para fazer um chá, e fui imediatamente atendida. Sobre as duas piscinas: a maior demora a esquentar a água ela fica um pouco morna, mas a menor é excelente. A ducha dos banheiros é maravilhosa. A limpeza no hotel é constante, retiram o lixo do quarto diariamente e arrumam as camas, além de fazerem a troca das toalhas. Após a saída de alguns hóspedes, me ofereceram trocar de quarto, e foi muito bom, pude acordar olhando o mar. A localização também é ótima, consegue fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Obrigada a todos os funcionários do hotel!

Hotel super confortável, com estacionamento pagoe café da manhã do tipo executivo muito gostoso. Quarto espaçoso e super funcional e chuveiro top. A única coisa que achei estranho era o cheiro de mofo nos elevadores/corredores...no quarto não. Próximo ao hotel tem supermercado, outras lojas e mais adiante um shopping. Vale muito a pena!

A maior parte dos quartos deste hotel é conjugado, durante a minha pesquisa não achei menções sobre isto. O problema não é em ser conjugado mas sim na falta de isolamento acústico e consequentemente de iluminação, quando meu vizinho acordou as 6:30 e ligou música para tomar banho, acordamos todos juntos. Foi péssimo!!! Pedi a troca do quarto para um que não fosse conjugado e a partir deste momento tivemos um pouco mais de privacidade. Este hotel tem um grande problema de isolamento acústico. Por outro lado, a Sandra gerente do restaurante é a simpatia e educação em forma de gente, muito querida. O café da manhã, chuveiro e cama são bem bons, dentro do esperado, assim como o tamanho do quarto e a localização do hotel, perto da praia e da Av Brasil, mas tenha calma e paciência, pq os elevadores são de manivela, um dia eles chegam.
